Food support available in T1 2026
The SRC and GUPSA are pleased to announce the updated food support services for 2026. As foreshadowed at the end of last year, Student Pantries will now be available at the Logan, Brisbane South (Nathan), and Brisbane City (QCAD) campuses. In addition, other food support initiatives will continue and commence across the trimester, including Fruit and Vegetable Markets, Breakfast Bars, and Meal Drops.
How these services will work
We’ve simplified how students can access food support across campuses with no registration needed to access any of the options. Just come along during operating hours and access support when you need it.
Here’s what you need to know:
- The Student Pantry will operate on a points-based system bi-weekly. To ensure fair access for all students, the points system allows you to access pantry support at only one campus at a time. Once you have selected your campus for the fortnight, you cannot access the pantry at other campuses.
- Fruit and Vegetable Markets are available at each physical campus, with limits on certain items.
- Breakfast Bars and Meal deals will be available in limited quantities. Food is distributed until supplies run out.
These services are available to all undergraduate and postgraduate students studying at the Logan, Brisbane, and Online campuses.
