Strategies for Mental Wellbeing workshops

Are you finding it difficult to focus?

Have you been feeling overwhelmed by things?

Are you avoiding things you need to do because it seems too hard?

This group could be for you. It is a skill-based group to provide you with strategies for mental well-being. The group workshops will aim to create a supportive, confidential and fun environment. You are welcome to register for all sessions or those you’re interested in.

Mind full or Mindful?
Always wanted to be more mindful?

Practice and learn about mindfulness in a skills-based and experiential workshop. Each week we will explore a foundational attitude of mindfulness with mindfulness practices.  There are no dress codes or equipment requirements. Come for any number of sessions.
