From the 5th of September until the 9th, the SRC are partaking in 'University mental health and wellbeing week'. There will be free food on campus, live music, mental health workshops, free yoga classes, a gratitude wall, and free massages PLUS so much more!

Balancing work and study is tough at the best of times. And these last few years have certainly not been the best of times. This workshop aims to help you focus on self-care focused on your own needs rather than expectation.
Batyr Mental Health Workshop
An interactive workshop that is run by Batyr that addresses a range of mental health themes relevant to students.
