RSA and RSG Course

  • When: Completed at your own pace within a year.

Terms and conditions:

  • Limited to 30 course places for 2026.
  • To be eligible, you must be a current Griffith University undergraduate or postgraduate student studying at a Brisbane or online campus.
  • We will email you the course link closer to the start date.

We will email you a link to the course once we have verified your status as a current Griffith University undergraduate or postgraduate student studying at a Brisbane or online campus.

Course information, Notes, and Terms and Conditions:

  • This is a combined “RSA/RSG” offering that covers both the RSA and the RSG courses.
  • Once you register, we’ll enrol you with the online course provider. After registrations close and placements are finalised, you’ll receive a separate email with your course link and instructions to get started.

  • Registrations close once courses are full, and confirmation emails with your course link will be sent after all registrations are finalised.

Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA): SITHFAB002 

This course provides a nationally recognised SITHFAB002 Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol Statement of Attainment and allows you to work in licensed venues and serve alcoholic beverages. 

Provide Responsible Gambling Services (RSG): SITHGAM001

This course provides a nationally recognised SITHGAM001 Provide Responsible Gambling Services Statement of Attainment, and provides responsible gambling services and information to customers who require assistance with problem gambling.

Course information, Notes, and Terms and Conditions:

  • This is a combined “Pubs and Clubs” course that covers both RSA (SITHFAB002) and RSG (SITHGAM001).
  • This course is exclusively offered to current undergraduate and postgraduate students studying through Griffith University’s Digital or Brisbane Campuses. 
  • Once you register, we’ll enrol you with the online course provider. After registrations close and placements are finalised, you’ll receive a separate email with your course link and instructions to get started.

  • Registrations close once the course is full, and confirmation emails with your course link will be sent after all registrations are finalised.
