Life is about exploring pasta-billites! Master the art of pasta making and learn how to create our signature fettuccine with hands-on guidance from the Salt Meats Cheese experts using the finest seasonal ingredients and techniques in this pasta making class in Brisbane. Don your apron and roll up your sleeves as we guide you through the steps of creating, shaping, and filling pasta from scratch plus how to whip up delicious sauces to pair with your fettuccine.

Over two hours you will learn: How to make and knead pasta dough. How to roll out pasta dough using a pasta machine. How to turn the pasta sheets into fettuccine.
