National units of competency:
– HLTAID001 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
– HLTAID003 Provide First Aid

Course Duration: The first aid course is run over 1 day (7.5 hours) face to face

Entry requirements: There are no pre-requisites for this course. However, participants require English language literacy to understand content and complete written and practical examinations.

Re certification requirements: It is recommended this unit be renewed every 3 Years in line with the Code of Practice standards.
