QCGU End Of Year Ball

Be a part of QCGU Conservatorium Ball to celebrate the year! 

This 3-hour event will be held at Rydges in Southbank in a large spectacular ballroom. To kick start the night, we will have live music and a DJ plus a 3hr food and beverage package, which will have you enjoying the night amongst your fellow QCGU classmates. 

Event Details: 

• Date: Friday 25th November 2022 
• Cost: $50 (incl. 3-hour F&B package, DJ, Entertainment, Photobooth) 
• Time: 7:30pm to 10:30pm 
• Dress Code: Cocktail Attire 
• Transport vouchers (Uber) will be provided for your ride home 
• Please make your own way to the venue

Terms and Conditions: 

• Student Status Eligibility: You MUST be a currently enrolled Griffith University Undergraduate QCGU Campus student to register; we cannot accept partners or friends to attend.  
• This is an 18+ Griffith SRC event. 
• Your student status will be verified prior to the event. A valid Griffith University Student ID card (or proof of student status) MUST be shown on arrival at the event.  
• By attending this event, you consent to be included in any photographs/videos taken by the event photographer/videographer which may be used in publications and for promotional purposes unless you inform the event organisers or the photographer/videographer otherwise. 
• You agree to act according to the Griffith University Student Charter by attending this event. Students will be expected to uphold professional standards of behaviour (including on social media), and any failure to do so will be addressed in line with the Griffith University Student Misconduct Policy. 

Refund Policy: No Refunds are provided when you sign up and you are not eligible to attend due to a change in your personal circumstances or if you fail to attend, so make sure you are eligible and able to attend before you purchase your ticket.
