About the SRC Board

We’re always on your side, putting your needs first! We spend our days organising great events and courses, promoting your advocacy needs and assisting you throughout your university journey.

The SRC has your back when you need it the most and are a loud voice for all your uni concerns. We are constantly striving to make beneficial changes in response to the needs of undergraduate students.

The SRC represents students across five Griffith University campuses: Digital, Logan, Brisbane South (Nathan), and Brisbane City (GFS, QCAD and QCGU), with the Brisbane City Treasury Campus coming soon.

2025-2027 Strategic Plan

Our Vision for a Thriving Student Community

As your student board, we have clear goals for our 2-year term. Our strategic plan is our vision to create a university experience that has students at its heart.
We aim to:
  • Gather student feedback, meet the university executive, and prioritise key advocacy issues.
  • Improve website accessibility and share board activities transparently.
  • Support students with partnerships, cost-of-living initiatives, and embedded feedback systems.
  • Promote equity, back campus and cohort subcommittees, support stipends, and improve accessibility for all students across services, facilities & learning.

SRC Board Meeting Minutes

Transparency

Our Student Board is committed to open and transparent governance. We believe that every student deserves to know how decisions are made on their behalf. That is why we publish our meeting minutes, share updates on key initiatives, and keep open channels for feedback and questions.
