Winter Events Program – June 2026
As Trimester 1 wraps up and we head into the June break, get ready for an exciting lineup of activities designed to help you relax, connect, and make the most of your uni break. From thrilling adventures at Dreamworld to unforgettable Whale Watching experiences, the Winter Events Program offers something for everyone to enjoy.
How the program works:
- Students are welcome to attend a maximum of 3 events across the program.
- Please note that the “Cinema Night: Supergirl” and “State of Origin” events are not included in this limit, even though they take place during the same period.
- If more than 3 tickets are purchased under the same registration, any additional tickets will be randomly refunded to help ensure fair access for all students.
- As places are limited, we encourage you to carefully select your preferred events.

- Top Golf – 18th of June | 4:45 pm to 10 pm – Learn more
- Dreamworld Day Trip – 19th of June | 9:15 am to 6 pm – Learn more
- Whale Watching – 24th of June | 10 am to 6 pm – Learn more
- Australia Zoo Trip – 26th of June | 7:30 am to 6 pm – Learn more
- Whale Watching – 1st of July | 11 am to 7 pm – Learn more
- Indoor Skydiving at iFly – 3rd of July | 8 am to 2 pm – Learn more
Other events:
- Cinema Night: Super Girl – 25th of June from 6pm to 9pm | $5 – Learn more
- State of Origin at the Uni Bar (N71) – no registration required.
- Game 1: Wednesday, 27th May from 6pm – 10pm
- Game 2: Wednesday, 17th June from 6pm – 10pm
- Game 3: Wednesday, 8th July from 6pm – 10pm
Student Status – Eligibility:
You MUST be a currently enrolled Griffith University Undergraduate or Postgraduate student at a Brisbane, Logan or Digital Campus to register for any of the events above (Gold Coast Students are not eligible to attend these events).
